Tallinn, Estonia

We spent the day in Tallinn, Estonia. This is a beautiful medieval town with many intact structures and a city wall. We had a wonderful time walking around!
Tallinn’s old town actually consists of 2 old towns: Toompea, the upper town, and All-linn, the lower town. The city wall has many towers and there are portions of the wall you can climb up on. There is a castle in Toompea along with a pretty Russian Orthodox church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. You can walk through medieval streets, including the very quaint St. Catherine’s Passage.
Basically, if you like medieval things this is a place you should go!
